Begin Your Journey with World-Class Retinal Care
A consultation with us is more than just an appointment — it is a gateway to clarity, reassurance, and world-leading expertise. Your initial visit costs £650 and is led by internationally recognised specialists and includes one of the most comprehensive retinal assessments available in private practice.
Unlike standard eye tests, your consultation involves a highly detailed, full vitreoretinal evaluation using advanced technologies rarely found outside leading academic centres. This includes ultrawidefield retinal imaging, high-resolution macular OCT, and 360-degree indirect ophthalmoscopy with scleral indentation — enabling us to examine even the outermost edges of your retina. These techniques allow for the detection of subtle changes long before symptoms arise, supporting early intervention and optimal outcomes.
All diagnostic tests required during your initial consultation are included within the £650 fee. You will receive a thorough discussion with your consultant, and if additional investigations are needed, they will be explained clearly on the day. A full medical report will follow within 14 days, providing a lasting and accessible record of your eye health.
This first step ensures not only expert diagnosis but also peace of mind — with no hidden costs, no rushed appointments, and no compromises in care. Our dedicated team is here to support you at every stage.
